This years summer fair was a HUGE success; blessed with great weather, fabulous games & stalls and a huge number of volunteers, parents and teachers who organised such a wonderful day.
This year, the summer fair raised a record breaking £4536, through the BBQ, teacher stalls, raffle, refreshments, bar, plants, ice creams, facepaints, books, fruit kebabs, silks, paint splatter art & independent stalls, along with a donation from the Bouncy Castle providers. There was a massive amount of work that went into organising and pulling the day together from a small handful of dedicated FOG parents, who also want to say thanks to everyone who came along and took part, and also all the donations that were made for the tombola, plant stall, books, toys and cakes by everyone across the school.
Also a huge well done to all the children who ran stalls, and a big thank you to those who have donated some of their takings to FOG – it’s wonderful to see the kids getting involved too!
We would like to say a special thanks to the following companies too:
- Prickly Pear Stretch Tents
- For raffle prizes from Outdoors Project, the Old Library, Sally Collister Photography, PQA Drama, Mario’s Barbers, Porto Lounge, Duke of York, Jam Jar, Steve England Outdoor Learning, Purdown Sessions, Better Food, Bristol Ferry, Graft, Bristol Beer Factory, Team Love
We look forward to next year, so get your thinking caps on for how you can get involved for 2027!
